摘要: Abstract Spindle and kinetochore‑associated protein 1 (SKA1) is an important component of the human kinetochore, which plays a key role in mitosis. The resent study was designed to investigate SKA1 glioblastoma. results present demonstrated that expressed glioblastoma cells. In addition, knockdown expression A172 U251 cell lines accomplished using lentivirus infection method. An MTT assay downregulation may inhibit proliferation, without affecting cycle. Furthermore, resulted reduced invasion. indicated be potential target for antiproliferative anti‑invasive therapeutic strategies
