摘要: miRNA-218 is a highlighted tumor suppressor and its underlying role in progression still unknown. Here, we restored the expression of pancreatic cancer to clarify function potent downstream pathway miRNA-218. The expressions both target gene ROBO1 were revealed by RT-PCR western blotting analysis. Transfection precursor mimics luciferase assay performed elucidate regulation mechanism between ROBO1. Cells, stably expressing followed forced mutant ROBO1, established through co-transfections lentivirus vector plasmid vector. cell migration invasion abilities evaluated respectively. An increased was BxPC-3-LN compared with BxPC-3. Elevated would suppress via complementary binding specific region within 3'UTR mRNA (sites 971-978) cells. Stably restoring significantly downregulated effectively inhibited invasion. Forced could reverse repression effects on Consequently, acted as inhibiting migration. functional miRNA-218's involving cancer.
