摘要: Pancreatic cancer is a devastating malignancy that ranks as the fourth leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Dismal prognosis mainly attributable to limited knowledge molecular pathogenesis disease. miRNAs have been found be deregulated in pancreatic cancer, affecting several steps initiation and aggressiveness disease by regulating important signaling pathways, such KRAS Notch pathways. Moreover, effect on cell cycle events expression transcription factors has gained lot attention. Recent studies highlighted application biomarkers therapeutic tools. The current review focuses latest advances with respect roles ductal adenocarcinoma associated pathways miRNA-based therapeutics.
