摘要: The synthesis of CdSe tetrapod-shaped quantum dots using phenyl-based heat transfer fluids as inexpensive alternatives to octadecene solvent was studied. tetrapods were synthesized the hot-injection method, in which trioctylphosphine selenide precursor and shape-inducing cetyltrimethylammonium bromide surfactant injected into a cadmium oleate-containing at 190 °C. At temperature 160 °C, resulting dot particles found grow more slowly pure phenyl-type solvents than octadecene. With time, selectivity increased, arms grew proportionally width length. use provides convenient means control growth shaped nanoparticles.
