摘要: Dendritic cells (DC) are an integral part of the tumor microenvironment. Pancreatic cancer is characterized by reduced number and function DCs, which impacts antigen presentation contributes to immune tolerance. Recent data suggest that exosomes can mediate communication between pancreatic DCs. Furthermore, levels DCs may serve as prognostic factors. There also growing evidence for effectiveness vaccination with pulsed antigens initiate adaptive cytolytic responses via T cells. Most experience DC-based has been gathered MUC1 WT1 antigens, where clinical studies in advanced have provided encouraging results. In this review, we highlight role DC course, prognosis treatment cancer.
