摘要: Covalent immobilization of heparin has been developed to reduce the amount administered systematically during long-term dialysis. Recently, it was doubted partially because complexion process. In this study, we investigated a novel method for specific on polysulfone (PSF) via free electron laser (FEL) irradiation. Laser wavelengths 6.18 or 6.31 μm, typical absorption bands carboxyl groups and aromatic rings in PSF, respectively, were chosen irradiate thin membrane formed PSF surfaces. The immobilized measured by toluidine blue method. binding analyzed X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). resulted hydrophilic surface which decreased platelet adhesion observed. efficiency differences, depending wavelengths, discussed from point view structural environmental difference...
