摘要: A high-current, high-voltage solid state switch includes at least one switching component connected to control circuitry configured into a single package. In the preferred embodiment, power field effect transistor, and logic, temperature sense overcurrent circuits supported in an adjacent, coplanar relationship. Parallel coupled transistors are used for higher current embodiments.
