摘要: Design of the Study: Clinical Trial. Objective (s): To analyze acute effect aerobic exercise at different intensities in mucociliary clearance patients with COPD, and to investigate possible associations autonomic nervous system this response. Methods: 22 COPD underwent an initial evaluation for collecting personal data spirometry assess lung function. It was performed a progressive treadmill test prescription. Finally two randomized sessions intensity 60 % 90 peak speed reached during incremental ( vVO2peack ) were least 24 hours rest between them. The clerance assessed before after by testing saccharin transit time (STT). Assessment modulation heart rate variability (HRV) which continued throughout protocol. Results: values obtained STT (9,08 minutes ± 4,96 lower when compared 11,96 6,31, p = 0,005 . That response also occurred 90% 8,90 4,21 min baseline 12,94 7,22 , 0,023 ). Correlation analysis final HRV indexes did not show significant differences. Conclusions: Patients showed acceleration right session exercise. observe association
