摘要: Abstract Melatonin plays an essential role in development and immunoregulation of the avian spleen through its receptors; however, variations expression melatonin receptor subtypes developing are still unclear. The objective present study was not only to investigate distribution patterns changes (Mel1a, Mel1b Mel1c) chicken but also identify correlation between plasma concentration subtypes. immunohistochemical results indicated that Mel1a mainly distributed red pulp capillaries, predominantly periarterial lymphatic sheath (PALS) splenic nodule, Mel1c widely located pulp, PALS nodule. From P0 P21, mRNA protein expressions Mel1a, were increased (P   0.05). Furthermore, levels P14 raised more quickly than Mel1a. age-dependent manner from P42 (P
