摘要: The validity of a new concept, predicting that preterm labor can be induced without oxytocic stimulation by regulatory imbalance, generated antiprogesterone (A-P)-provoked P withdrawal (Pw), has been examined in the rat model. At day 19 pregnancy single oral dose steroidal A-O isoxazol, which inhibits synthesis, significantly reduced uterine levels, increased estradiol and prostaglandin F labor. This precocious imbalance were prevented, blocking A-P-induced Pw with treatment. triggered onset spontaneous control animals was similar, but it occurred at term rather than before term. potential this method improving management medically indicated induction is discussed.
