摘要: Micropuncture studies were performed in the dog to examine relationship between sodium and phosphate transport proximal tubule. In hydropenic, thyroparathyroidectomized animals, administration of parathyroid extract, saline, or acetazolamide resulted a fall tubule fluid-to-plasma (TF/P) inulin ratio as well rise ultrafilterable (TF/UF) ratio. A correlation was found changes fractional reabsorption but generally greater than those sodium. Also, high distal delivery face low excretion urine dogs suggests significant nephron. On other hand, calcium chloride infusion saline-loaded, normal suppress endogenous hormone reduced TF/UF without change TF/P inulin, while both parameters remained unchanged after infusion. An increase associated with also demonstrated by highly purified dogs. It concluded that although is closely related sodium, two can dissociate under certain experimental conditions, especially influence hormone. These observations indicate effect on not solely dependent upon its transport.
