摘要: The protonated waste biomass of Corynebacterium glutamicumdischarged from an industrial lysine fermentation plant was used as a new type biosorbent for the removal anionic dye Reactive Red 4. uptake increased solution pH decreased and at >7, negligible. maximum estimated to be 104.6± 8.7 mg/g 1. To identify binding sites in biomass, potentiometrically titrated. As result, three types functional groups were present which confirmed by FTIR analysis. Among groups, primary amine (–NH 2) likely proton dissociated constant pKH molar content 9.14 ± 0.07 0.68 0.02 mmol/g, respectively. It also found that carboxyl phosphonate played role electrostatic interference with molecules.
