Electronic transport in Pd nanocluster devices

摘要: Palladium nanoclusters with an average diameter of 6.7 nm are prepared by magnetron sputtering and inert gas condensation technique. The deposited between a pair electrodes defined optical lithography to create the device. electronic transport in devices is investigated systematic current-voltage measurements. It demonstrated through fitting conductance-temperature profile into conductance model that device dominated tunneling. provides meaningful physical parameters such as number within conduction path, it shows some fused together.
