摘要: Abstract Post[ndash ]orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) recurrence of hepatitis C is virtually universal, but histological progression disease not. This study examines long-term clinical and features at after OLT to elucidate factors predictive OLT. A blinded retrospective review clinical, serological, histopathologic 65 patients who underwent for Non B was conducted. Histological findings recurrent (fibrosis, [ge ] grade 2 by last follow-up) were correlated with parameters. seen in 43 patients, 19 patients. the native post-OLT biopsy specimen time showed no correlation progression. Patients treated azathioprine (AZA)-containing immunosuppressive regimens experienced less (6 17 v 37 48 patients; P [lt .005) (1 18 = .014) than those without AZA as part their regimen. No difference between cyclosporine versus administered FK506 ( [gt .05). 66% progressive 29% all The inflammation not AZA-containing reduce Liver Transpl 2001;7:1056-1063. )
