摘要: Attempts were made to increase the efficiency of infectious particle formation during in vitro assembly bacteriophage T7 from procapsids and DNA. It was found that dextrans some smaller, related compounds (sucrose sorbitol) this by a factor 8 50. Dextrans also inhibited elevated temperature-induced emptying DNA bacteriophages T7, P22, T4, suggesting stimulation is caused, at least part, stabilization packaged capsids. The data indicated sugars polyols can slow temperature whether they permeate capsid or not. In contrast, suggested permeation particle, probably capsid, results inhibition assembly.
