摘要: Adenosine, a naturally occurring purine nucleoside, plays an important role in controlling variety of biological activities. Adenosine is formed within cells from AMP or the degradation S-adenosylhomocysteine and can be removed by release into extracellular fluid, deamination to inosine, reutilization form (1). present human blood post fluid at levels (3 × 10−7 M 3 10−6 M) which vitro modulate several biochemical functions (2).
