Rabbit and guinea-pig sera have been submitted to electrophoresis on starch columns filter paper, in order separate the serum esterases cholinesterase determine nature of proteins which are combined with 32P after intra-muscular injection DF32P. 2. 2. In both sera, is completely separated from migrates among γ globulins (in veronal buffer at pH 8.6). 3. 3. serum, two 8.6; first one more rapidly than albumins corresponds A-esterase described by Aldridge1; second situated between α1 α2 displays properties B-esterase. 4. 5. The isolated esterase rabbit hydrolyse DFP identical alkylfluorophosphatase. also hydrolyses E 600. 5. 6. Three days DF32P, radioactivity located only part activity (perhaps B-esterase) serum. it mostly B-esterase partly another protein very probably cholinesterase. 6. 7. implications these results discussed.
