摘要: With the COVID-19 pandemic forcing postsecondary educational institutions to pivot to open and online learning, understanding the needs of international students is more important than ever before. This paper explores the connections between the promising practices for teaching online linguistically and culturally diverse international students and instructor characteristics with international student satisfaction. Using a qualitative research design, the study collected data through 15 individual interviews. Data analysis identified the teaching practices that resonate with international students. Recommendations for professional practice are discussed, along with potential areas for further research.
