摘要: With the spread of online shopping worldwide, the assessing of E-commerce web sites quality is indispensable for their sustainability and maintainability in the market. In general, Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods interfere in the evaluation process in order to measure the weight of the most influencing criteria and choose the wanted web site among a great set of shopping web sites. However, the existing evaluation methods for web sites quality do not take into consideration the end-users satisfaction. Some of MCDM methods are combined with fuzzy set theory to reduce subjectivity and uncertainty of complex decisions problems.
