摘要: Disclosed is a semiconductor laser with super structure grating DBR capable of generating pulse train from several hundred giga Hz to tera Hz, comprising saturable absorber section, gain phase control section and an distributed Bragg reflector the having at least five sampling periods, each periods pitches 233.5 nm, 235 236.5 238 nm 239.5 said being arranged corresponding wavelengths 5837.5 1175 5912.5 1195 5987.5 respectively.
