摘要: The effects of 1-beta-d-arabinofuranosylcytosine (ara-c) on cell proliferation, morphology and cycle progression were compared in a sheep tumour line normal sinus cells. found to be dose time dependent reversible, accompanied by increased size cytosolic synthetic activities. Ara-c induced concentration-dependent inhibition proliferation both However, cells less sensitive than when exposed low concentration ara-c (10(-6)m). two types exhibited equal sensitivity higher drug concentrations (10(-5) 10(-4)m). Flow cytometric analysis (FCM) right-angle scatter using these confirmed that 10(-6)m-ara-c had little or no effect while showed increases accumulation the S phase. These findings may provide new insights into how cytotoxicity reduced avoided tissue provided are selectively affected low-dose vivo.
