摘要: A heat-sensitive, trypsin-sensitive factor that promoted growth and spreading of cells in serum-free, hormone-supplemented medium was partially purified from human serum. The major portion the proteins these preparations migrated upon SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with a mobility consistent molecular weights between 60,000 90,000. activity, which we have termed serum factor, stimulated wide variety cell types. similar to fibronectin it showed an affinity for plastic culture substrate but shown be distinct by several criteria. This may prove useful studies attachment relationship shape proliferation.
