摘要: Entrance of precursor T cells into the thymus and their subsequent exit circulation are prerequisite events for development mature T-lymphocyte characteristics (1). Thymic epithelial may play an integral role in thymocyte differentiation, both through direct contact by secretion thymic hormones (2). Thus, positional developmental cues maturing thymocytes come from neighboring cell surfaces (3) or extracellular matrix surrounding these cells. However, full complement molecules involved this differentiation process has not been identified. The influence adhesion on growth is well established many systems (4–10) yet interaction lymphocytes with adhesive proteins, a few exceptions, largely unexplored (11–16).
