摘要: This study was performed to investigate if heparin-coated extracorporeal circuits can reduce the systemic inflammatory reaction with subsequent release of vasoactive substances during and after cardiopulmonary bypass. Fifty-one patients scheduled for coronary artery bypass grafting were perfused either a or an uncoated circuit. During mean arterial pressure maintained as near possible 60 mm Hg. Mediators inflammation, hemodynamic, oxygen parameters determined To reach target in first hour pump flow group had be increased (P <0.05), consequently vascular resistance index decreased <0.05). After more inotropic support necessary this pressure. In coated less bradykinin, complement activation, elastase generated The results suggest that heparin coating not only improves biocompatibility, but also ameliorates hemodynamic instability
