摘要: Abstract Recent advances in establishing harmonized guidelines for validation of screening methods are reviewed. Emphasis is given to set the Regulation 519/2014/EU that specifies criteria mycotoxin be used official control purposes. The application this scheme demonstrated through a case study. A commercial lateral flow immunoassay deoxynivalenol has been and evaluated its applicability verify wheat compliance with EC maximum permitted level. design provided information on precision profile method, cut-off, false suspect negative rates samples containing above legal limit. influence co-occurrence major modified forms, i.e. 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol, 15-acetyldeoxynivalenol, deoxynivalenol-3-glucoside test results, was by factorial design. Finally, validated analysis naturally contaminated samples, comparison results obtained LC-MS/MS confirmatory method.
