摘要: Egg yolk is most commonly used in semen extenders for cryopreservation but, wide variability composition and potential risk of xenobiotic contamination has raised questions upon the use egg yolk. Therefore, present study was designed to develop a soya milk based phytoextender buffalo cryopreservation. Soya prepared from fresh beans laboratory. (25% v/v) glycerol (6.4% added Tris citrate buffer prepare Milk (SMT) extender. To improve post-thaw sperm quality, cryo-protectants like trehalose (100 mM) or taurine (50 mM) supplemented SMT extender before Post-thaw quality parameters, degree cryocapacitation oxidative stress (lipid peroxidation) spermatozoa cryopreserved with without additives were assessed compared Yolk (EYT) showed no significant (P>0.05) differences motility, viability, membrane integrity acrosome as EYT The damage found significantly (P<0.05) lower Supplementation (trehalose taurine) reduced damage. Thus, v/v; 6.4% Glycerol tris buffer) may substitute conventional (20% 7% better semen.
