摘要: Abstract Sperm undergo extreme variations in temperature and osmolality during cryopreservation, resulting cell damage that includes plasma membrane defects, changes volume, decreased motility, flagellar defects. However, the fundamental biologic mechanisms underlying these events are poorly understood. We investigated effects of osmotic stress cytochalasins b (CB) d (CD), naturally occurring toxins disrupt actin organization, on cytoskeleton motility Rhesus macaque sperm (Macaca mulatta). were diluted media low, medium, or high osmolality, medium-osmolality containing CB CD, stained with phalloidin-fluorescein isothiocyanate, processed for microscopy.
