摘要: Adequate sperm motility is requisite for human fertilization, whereas the underlying causes or mechanisms of impaired motility, asthenozoospermia, still remain largely unknown. RNASET2 (Ribonuclease T2) may be one effectors modulating motility. We determined if there a correlation between expression levels in semen from asthenozoospermia and fertile individuals. Thus, spermatozoa seminal plasma healthy individuals were evaluated using Western blot, laser scanning confocal microscope analysis, ELISA flow cytometry. The results revealed that was identified both plasma. In individuals, it localized to acrosome, neck middle piece tail regions. However, (n = 67), staining especially more frequent evident than (n = 59, p < 0.01). Similarly, higher also apparent (p < 0.01). Moreover, purified had an inhibitory effect on progressive (n = 23, p < 0.05). conclusion, contribute impairment.
