摘要: This study reports the long-term clinical outcome after partial ligation of single extrahepatic vascular anomalies in 20 dogs. Outcome was classified as successful or complicated based on review follow-up evaluations that consisted telephone contacts with owners and veterinarians (n = 20), hospital reevaluation 15), per-rectal portal nuclear scintigraphy 12). Partial initially effective resolving signs all Long-term completely satisfactory 50% cases. The mean time interval between surgery onset signs, diagnosis complications 10 dogs a outcome, approximately 3 years. Central nervous system, gastrointestinal, related to urinary tract were most common. Acquired multiple venous communications occurred at least (30%) outcome. survival 13 (65%) ligation. for seven died euthanatized 3.6 years still alive last 5.0
