摘要: Abstract The effect of processing parameters on mechanical and microstructural properties AA6056 joints produced by Friction Stir Welding was analysed in the present study. Different samples obtained employing rotating speeds 500, 800 1000 rpm welding 40, 56 80 mm/min were produced. evaluated means microhardness (HV) tensile tests at room temperature. Fatigue welds carried out using a resonant electro-mechanical testing machine under constant loading control up to 250 Hz sine wave loading. low cycle (LCF) high (HCF) fatigue conducted axial total stress-amplitude mode with R = σmin/σmax = 0.1, for all used It observed that specimens welded 56 mm/min showed best behaviour regime. evolution material optical observations cross sections.
