摘要: Although much is known about factors contributing to variation in pediatric immunization uptake, there a need for synthesis of effective vaccine promotion strategies. With growing public health concern on how best sustain high rates, and improve where the rates are suboptimal, this review offers evidence gathered from several studies achievement these goals. We identified analyzed reported findings childhood (primarily ≤ 7 years) outcomes tested intervention strategies that focused parents, guardians, caregivers, as well providers, clinics/practices, communities. The suggest targeted tailored interventions offer substantial possibilities, especially combined manner. describe promising models have been operationalized with success provide scalability across contexts. Moreover, they sensitive parents' providers' needs, feasibly integrated daily clinical practice, account broader community concerns issues.
