摘要: Abstract This investigation demonstrates that isoproterenol-induced myocardial infarction in Long-Evans rats is characterized by alterations serum and hexosamine β-glucuronidase during acute ischemia or necrosis. With the ebb of active cardiac necrosis, those animals which survive, becomes reduced activity significantly increased concomitant with appearance subsequent formation scar tissue repair. Since involved catabolism mucopolysaccharides it believed changes these two constituents, β-glucuronidase, are indicative a dynamic process pertaining to wound
