摘要: Atrioventricular nodal tissue was obtained from a two-week-old mouse heart which fixed with phosphate-buffered osmium tetroxide, embedded in Epon 812, serially sectioned for both light and electron microscopy stained uranyl acetate. From study of micrographic montages the first 115 serial sections most inferior portion atrioventricular node it determined that intercellular spaces this contain fibrocytes, bundles collagen fibrils, capillaries plexus unmyelinated nerve are insheathed by Schwann cells.
