摘要: Atrioventricular nodal tissue was obtained from a two-week-old mouse heart which fixed with phosphate-buffered osmium tetroxide, embedded in Epon 812, serially sectioned for both light and electron microscopy stained uranyl acetate. From study of micrographic montages the first 115 serial sections most inferior portion atrioventricular node it determined that intercellular spaces this contain fibrocytes, bundles collagen fibrils, capillaries plexus unmyelinated nerve are insheathed by Schwann cells. Relatively large divide to form smaller ones, vesiculated processes make intimate contact sarcolemmae These neuromuscular contiguities, on basis physical interrelationships their respective cells, exist various forms. They may be categorized as follows: (1) individual dwell sarcolemma-lined tunnels or culs-de-sac inside cells; (2) lie within shallow deep grooves surfaces (3) remain part small bundle while dwelling groove surface an cell two more (4) investments reside contiguities fully described significance is discussed relation present status nature organization postganglionic ramifications autonomic nervous system conduction heart.
