摘要: Metallothionein-3 (MT-3) has been shown to be expressed in several malignancies and have an impact on patients’ survival breast urinary bladder cancer cases. However, its expression not determined normal skin or malignant lesions. MT-3 was studied using immunohistochemistry 17 cases of skin, 18 actinic keratosis (AK), 39 squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), 23 basal (BCC). Low observed epidermis with faint no the layer. Significantly higher noted AK (P = 0.007) SCC (P < 0.0001), as compared epidermis. BCC were characterized by lowest all examined groups, which significantly lower comparison epidermis, AK, (P = 0.009; P < 0.0001 P < 0.0001, respectively). In conclusion, may involved development SCC.
