摘要: The development of cancer involves a myriad genetic changes that impact on multiple processes important for the orderly regulation cell growth and differentiation. Genes whose protein products are disrupted during neoplastic transformation termed “tumor suppressor genes” (TSGs). Many these TSGs associated with familial predisposition syndromes, in which affected individuals have an increased risk certain malignancies. Studies mechanism action known revealed three intracellular loci critical importance: environmental sensing signal initiation, propagation transduction, cycle control. neurofibromatosis 1 2 genes discussed as illustrative examples tumor suppressors function at levels transduction sensing, respectively.
