摘要: The inhibitory effect of Cr(VI) on the PSII Synechocystis sp. was studied. reduced O2 evolution and inhibited water-splitting system in PSII. S-states test flash induction showed that exposure increased proportion inactivated (PSIIX ) PSIIβ reaction centers, which fluxes dissipated energy. JIP QA (-) reoxidation demonstrated treatment induces inhibition electron transport from to QB /QB accumulation P680 (+) . More had be oxidized through S2 (QA )(-) charge recombination oxidation by PQ9 molecules under stress. These changes finally decreased index photosynthesis performance.
