摘要: This study investigates plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) as providers of regulating power in the form primary, secondary and tertiary frequency control. Previous studies have shown that PHEVs could generate substantial profits while providing ancillary services. under what conditions can revenues using actual market data, i.e. prices activations power, from Sweden Germany four months 2008. PHEV participation is modelled for individual a fleet subject to simulated movement pattern. Costs infrastructure vehicle-to-grid equipment are not included analysis. The simulation results indicate maximum average generated on German markets range 30–80 h per vehicle month whereas Swedish give no profit. In addition, an analysis performed identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT) providers. Based SWOT analysis, characteristics ideal presented.
