摘要: This document has been written for a broad scientific audience. As the title states, its purpose is to provide tutorial overview integrating plug-in electric vehicles in power systems. The text based on conclusive insights from European project titled Mobile Resources Grids of Electricity (MERGE). Via regulatory framework governing sector and business models employed within, this chapter guides reader through most apparent issues vehicle (EV) integration. It expected that government schemes energy efficiency transportation will pave way new EV technologies progressively penetrate automotive industry sales. However, EVs systems poses challenges concerning regulation system favorable charging scenarios. Hence, book provides an introduction structure liberalized industries proposes conceptual different scenarios, such as home charging, public streets dedicated stations. Two entities including their main functions facilitating services disjunctive settings, point manager aggregator, are introduced. Finally, policy recommendations facilitate massive integration given.
