摘要: The production and retention of fibronectin by primary cultures cells derived from the human breast has been analyzed. Two examples each following cell types were examined: (a) normal epithelium milk; (b) metastatic cancer in pleural effusions; (c) fibroblasts; (d) tissue macrophages milk. Cell-associated could be detected indirect immunofluorescent staining on malignant mammary fibroblasts, but not milk macrophages. Immune precipitation followed gel electrophoresis 35S-labeled lysates conditioned medium confirmed that was indeed synthesized both epithelial macrophages, much protein released into medium. Quantitative analysis with radioimmune assay media showed levels comparable to produced only a small fraction (less than 10%) material retained cells. Growth collagen-coated plastic increased percentage did affect fibroblasts.
