摘要: Human bladder cancer is one of the common malignant tumors, and it mainly occurs in men. miR-182-5p, a member miR-183 family, acts as tumor suppressor or oncogene various kinds tumors. In this study, we first investigate that absence miR-182-5p human promotes growth by regulating expression Cofilin 1, an actin modulating-protein. tissue specimens were collected to detect 1 qRT-PCR. Luciferase activity assay was performed demonstrate regulation mRNA 3′UTR miR-182-5p. Then, cell experiments analysis effect miR-182-5p/Cofilin pathway on proliferation, migration, invasion colony forming efficiency. Finally, xenograft models established evaluate role tumorigenesis abilities vivo. qRT-PCR Western blotting showed up-regulated both tissues lines compared with normal. specifically targets represses 1. Also, inhibited Furthermore, model plays negative Present results suggest could inhibit repressing expression. Our findings may provide new horizon for exploring therapeutic target cancer.
