摘要: Abstract This study investigates the impact of various synthetic phenolic antioxidants on oxidation stability and storage Pongamia (karanja) biodiesel (PBD). The results Rancimat experiments show that induction point (IP) increased substantially adding certain to biodiesel. reveals pyrogallol (PY) be best antioxidant improvement in oxidative PBD, time being enhanced 34.35 h at a PY concentration 3000 ppm 110 °C. studies were carried out according ASTM standard procedures 1) D4625 30 °C/50 weeks 2) 43 °C/12 weeks by different like BHT, BHA, PY, GA TBHQ. effectiveness these five PBD was examined varying loading levels during period.
