摘要: Myxoma virus, a Leporipoxvirus and agent of myxomatosis, was shown to possess gene with the potential encode an epidermal growth factorlike factor. Its relationship other members this family, including poxvirus factors from Shope fibroma virus vaccinia analyzed. Alignment DNA sequences related open reading frames myxoma indicated colinearity genes between these poxviruses.
