摘要: The relevance of µ-opioid systems for central excitability and kindling related disturbed learning performance was underlined by investigations using receptor knockout mice. Mice lacking receptors showed an accelerated development induced the convulsant drug pentylenetetrazol. Blockade δ-opioid naltrindole suppressing in wild-type animals led to a further acceleration kindled seizure such low shuttle box, that deficit as seen mice not detected. results were discussed on basis binding studies with regard subtypes glutamatergic receptors, somatostatin receptors. An increase glutamate could contribute enhanced the-µ-opioid
