摘要: Endogenous opioid peptides modulate and regulate processes of central excitability. Furthermore, opioids are thought to interfere with learning memory storage. In order study the effects endogenous on both we injected in course development pentylenetetrazol kindling opiate receptor antagonist naloxone, tested animals afterwards a shuttle-box task. It was found that naloxone pretreatment had dissociative effects. There no effect seizure outcome, whereas deficit ameliorated kindled group. The data suggest contribute pentylenetetrazol-kindled rats.
