摘要: The role of δ-opioid receptors on the development kindling induced by convulsant pentylenetetrazol (37.5 mg kg–1 i.p.) was investigated in rats. Besides seizure development, enhancement glutamate binding and kindling-induced learning deficit were examined. A clear depression blocking intracerebroventricular administration naltrindole (10 nmol/5 µl) found. In an acute convulsion test performed 8 days after completion, animals pretreated with during induction showed lower stages compared to saline-pretreated kindled animals. increase hippocampal completely prevented naltrindole, whereas not influenced. performance control very low. It hypothesized that various consequences could be influenced separately.
