摘要: Methods for consistently producing a pure population of activated, polyclonal, Th1 memory cells use in adoptive immunotherapy without the any exogenous cytokines and significant subject-to-subject variation are provided. The resulting obtain surface phenotype that enables their trafficking to tumors other sites inflammation upon infusion. can be reinfused into subject enhance cellular immune response and/or switch predominant from Th2-dominated Th1-dominated response.
