摘要: Background Skin-sparing mastectomy (SSM) is a type of breast cancer surgery presupposed as reconstruction surgery. Cosmetically, it an extremely effective operation because the greater part breast’s native skin and infra-mammary fold are conserved. All cases SSM immediate performed by senior author during last five years were reviewed. as]Methods: There three implant options for reconstruction, namely, deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flap, latissimus dorsi myocutaneous (LDM) implant, one these was used after comprehensive evaluation.
