摘要: Voluntary exercise is frequently employed as an intervention for obesity. The voltage-gated potassium channel Kv 1.3 also receiving attention a therapeutic target obesity, in addition to potential capabilities neuroinflammatory diseases. To investigate the combinatorial effects of these two therapies, we have compared metabolic status and voluntary behavior both wild-type mice transgenic line that are genetic knockouts when provided with running wheel maintained on diets differing fat content caloric density. We tracked parameters while maintaining their assigned treatment 6 months. Wild-type fatty diet gain significant amount bodyweight adipose tissue display significantly impaired glucose tolerance, though all were partially reduced provision wheel. Similar previous studies, 1.3-null resistant increased adiposity, tolerance. Both displayed activity control-fed mice, which was caused primarily by increase time spent opposed velocity. Interestingly, patterns differed between mice. less during light phase decrease 1-2 h before onset phase, seemingly anticipation dark-to-light transition. These studies indicate combats maladies modified consumption obesogenic deletion channel.
