摘要: Indoor wireless infrared transmission systems are mainly affected by ambient light-induced shot noise, multipath dispersion and the interference produced artificial light sources. In this paper, spread spectrum techniques proposed to combat interference. The bit error rate performance of technique under combination these detrimental effects studied compared with that OOK 2-PPM. A novel analysis is derived provide a simplified common analytical platform facilitate comparison among three modulation schemes. Bit analyses for OOK, PPM taking into account combined first time. Analytical, simulation experimental results versus optical signal-to-noise ratio then presented. show very robust Copyright © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
