摘要: Angiogenesis is essential for tumor progression and metastasis; however, the angiogenesis regulators that are biologically relevant melanoma still unknown. In this study, we analyzed circulating serum levels of potent angiogenic factors, including vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), angiogenin, transforming factor-beta1 VEGF receptors, VEGFR1 VEGFR2, in human patients. One hundred fourteen patients with histopathologically verified cutaneous at different stages 30 healthy controls were investigated. Serum factors receptors quantitatively by solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The age (61 men 53 women) ranged from 18 to 80 years; median was 51 years. (P < 0.001), = 0.006) 0.007) significantly higher than control group. No significant differences, exist angiogenin VEGFR2 between controls. positive correlations elevated factor-beta1, advanced disease found. Significant relationship found only VEGFR2. Elevated 0.001) 0.0012) be poor prognostic factors. level had no effect on survival. Our data suggest VEGF, VEGFR1, but not increased patients, especially associated stages. mechanism regulation may part due enhanced proliferation VEGFRs, VEGFR1.
